REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund service. Please read the following terms carefully before submitting a request.
I. Return Conditions
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition;
The item must include all original packaging (including accessories, instruction manuals, etc.);
Valid order information or proof of purchase must be provided;
The issue must not be the result of human-induced damage or improper use.
Returns may not be accepted under the following circumstances:
The item has been used or damaged by the user;
Original packaging or accessories are missing;
The return request period has expired.
II. Return Process
Submit Request: Please contact us via our customer service email, providing your order number and the reason for the return;
Review and Confirmation: We will respond within 1–2 business days to review your request and provide return instructions;
Return Shipment: Please follow the provided instructions to ship the item back to the designated address;
Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will proceed with the refund process.

V. Shipping Costs
For returns resulting from quality issues or shipping errors (e.g., receiving the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs;
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., you simply do not like the item, or selected the wrong style), the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer;
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
VI. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, please begin by submitting an exchange request:
The exchange process is similar to the return process;
Items submitted for exchange must meet the standard return criteria;
In cases where a price difference exists, a supplementary payment or refund will be processed based on the specific circumstances;
The processing time for exchanges will be determined based on current inventory availability.
VII. Handling of Damaged or Defective Items
If the item you receive is damaged, incomplete, or suffers from quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide supporting photographic or video evidence. We will prioritize arranging a replacement shipment or a refund for you.
